The micro-immunofluorescence technique utilizes compact antigen spots within each slide well, such that they can be viewed in series from left-to-right.
From 2 to 6 antigens per well can now be economically produced, allowing 8 tests to be performed simultaneously in each slide well. These formats are available on 12-well slides in a variety of antigen combinations. The most popular are tick-borne agents and Coxiella burnetii (phase I and phase II in each well), but we can assemble panels to your laboratory's particular requirements.
