TERMS
Invoicing is NET 30 days in U.S. dollars, unless prior agreements have been reached. Payment for international purchases by bank wire transfer is preferred and the routing is listed on the invoice. Payment by this method must be in Full, without deduction for sender's fees. Credit card payment (VISA, MasterCard, or Discovery) is also accepted.  Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic orders received Monday through Wednesday will be shipped the next day via air freight F.O.B. Fullerton, CA. Orders received Thursday and Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Direct international shipments are made via the best available air freight carrier. Shipping charges are pre-paid and added to your invoice.

CONDITIONS OF SALE
Confirming purchase orders, if sent, will be governed by the terms and conditions set forth in this catalog.
