SUBSTRATE SLIDES: |
Ehrlichia canis, Ehrlichia chaffeensis, Neorickettsia risticii and
Anaplasma phagocytophilum produce very characteristic inclusion bodies (morulae) in the cytoplasm of cultured cells. These infected cells produce easily interpreted IFA slides. The antigens are also purified for use in MIF formats, in combination with other complementary antigens, to aid in multi-antigen screening slides. Please inquire about the MIF formats. |
