Kit contains 10 x 12-well Coxiella MIF Substrate Slides, Sample Diluent, titered Controls, working FITC Conjugate, Mounting Medium, Wash Buffer and Instructions for use.
 
Coxiella burnetii IFA Slides:                
Each slide well contains one microdot each of phase-1 and phase-2 Coxiella burnetii elementary bodies in a matrix of acetone-washed chicken hepatocyte sonicate.
 
Coxiella IFA Control Sets                     
Controls are at screening dilution, packaged in dropper bottles containing 0.5 mL each. The Positive Control gives strong reactivity as bottled and titers 8-fold further. The Negative Control is considered non-reactive as bottled.
