due to occasional cross-reactivity with the IgM fraction. Bacteria are dispersed within
a contrasting background matrix, which is counterstained by
Evans' blue contained in the Conjugates. Kits are formatted for 120 x 2 tests and
contain titered Controls, working FITC Conjugate, Mounting Medium,
Wash Buffer and Instructions for use. |
